Bletchley Park - Unique handles for a historical hut

Renowned for being the home of the enigma machine, Bletchley Park was an integral part of Britain’s fight during World War II. Many spies and code breakers would call the site home between 1939 and 1945 and provide key knowledge, intercepting and cracking German code.

Much of Bletchley Park’s history was once a guarded secret but with the Bletchley Archaeological and Historical Society’s committee, the 26-acre site was transformed into an impressive museum to teach generations about the achievements and technology created during that time.

Steel Window Fittings were honoured to be a part of the restoration project of Bletchley Park in 2022. We were tasked with providing the Classic Curved window handle in key locking (B158K09) in the iconic code green (RAL 6017). The window handles provided a much-needed modernization in application whilst retaining the beauty of steel window fittings.
