• Features an adjustable friction mechanism using an Allen Key along with a spring to act an damper, this allows door or window to be held open at any desired position
• Often used to restrict doors and windows where the opening cannot go above 90 degrees for example where a window or door is in a brick reveal
• Particularly useful for all door and window fitted in environments where there is regular and/or risk of strong winds to reduce any damage caused
• Suitable for profiles which have an internal dimension between fixed and moving frame greater than 25mm
• Supplied with a small 2.5mm packer which achieves an overall height suitable for 27.5mm profiles
• Requires both M5 and M6 countersunk fixing screws
